A jewelry manufacturing startup in Mumbai. Switching from D2C to B2B. No leads, no system, no paid ads. Here's exactly what I built — and what happened.
A jewelry manufacturing startup in Mumbai - shifting from direct-to-consumer into B2B. Strong product. Skilled founder who knew how to close. But no pipeline to close.
Two audiences: local B2B buyers in Mumbai and international buyers. Both required different messaging, different trust-builders, different channels.
Lean. The founder wore multiple hats. No dedicated sales team, no marketing function, and no budget for paid advertising.
Get qualified conversations in front of the founder — consistently. Not random inquiries. The right buyers, already warm, already interested.
They were selling to everyone; which means they were selling to no one. No clarity on who the right buyer was, what they cared about, or how to reach them.
No content. No sequences. No structured way to attract or reach buyers. Every lead was a one-off effort; inconsistent and exhausting.
Energy was going into channels that didn't match their buyer's behavior. The platforms their ideal customers actually used were ignored entirely.
Nothing to give a cold prospect a reason to engage. No case studies, no proof documents, nothing that built credibility before a sales call.
No CRM, no pipeline visibility, no way to know what was working. Flying blind on every front.
Not a campaign. A repeatable revenue machine - built to run without paid media and keep generating pipeline after I'm done building it.
Built separate ICPs for local and global buyers. Different pain points, different buying triggers, different messaging, all mapped out before a single word of outreach was written.
Created separate lead magnets for each ICP - local and global, plus targeted case studies. Cold prospects now had a reason to engage before ever seeing a pitch.
Rebuilt the founder's LinkedIn from scratch, banner, headline, about section, content strategy. Built for trust, not vanity metrics. Every post had a job to do.
Wrote multi-step messaging sequences for LinkedIn and email, tailored by ICP. Not generic templates. Each message was engineered around how that buyer thinks.
Deployed an AI toolkit for content creation, prospect research, and outreach. Not to replace thinking - to move faster without sacrificing quality.
Built a full pipeline tracker on Airtable - prospects, outreach status, warm leads, deal stage. Every moving part visible in one place.
Deep market research. Built ICPs for local and global buyers. Created lead magnets, case studies, and content frameworks. Rebuilt the LinkedIn profile. Mapped the outreach sequences. Everything built bottom-up - strategy before a single message was sent.
Content went live. Outreach sequences launched across LinkedIn and email. AI tools deployed for speed and scale. Airtable tracking switched on. Weekly reviews to cut what wasn't working and double down on what was.
₹19L+ in qualified pipeline. 25+ warm prospects across both channels. 1,000+ LinkedIn followers and 45,000+ niche-specific views, all organic. The founder's calendar went from empty to full of the right conversations.
Every number below came from organic execution; no paid ads, no cold calling, no shortcuts. Just a system that worked.
Total pipeline generated across both channels; organic only. No paid media, no cold calls. Just the right system talking to the right people in the right way.
If your sales team is good at closing but starving for qualified conversations, this is exactly what I build. Book a free Clarity Call and I'll show you what this system looks like for your business.
